I have Vortex Strike eagle 5-25 and I am maxed out at diopter adjustment - but very close. I have not had a chance to use Razor or Viper to compare. I recently used Athlon Cronus binoculars and had plenty of diopter adjustment range left.

Thank you

I dont think you should be having this issue. If you have time I would give our Customer Care dept a call at 800-4VORTEX or message me your info and I will have them contact you. Which ever is easiest for you.

Do you have a vision prescription and are setting up the scope to use without your corrective glasses?

I have a light prescription (1.5) and my Viper 3-15 has enough diopter adjustment to correct but this certainly wouldn’t work for anybody with needing a stronger cOrrection.

I’m sure this is a dumb question and you understand all of this, but thought to be sure so mentioning.

Diopter should have enough adjustment for just about any eye type. I suspect you are setting it incorrectly. You would have to be nearly legally blind to not focus the reticle with most diopters.

This. I'm also thinking he's using his diopter to adjust for image clarity and not his parallax knob.
