Rifle Scopes Which Mount?

I have a Noveske 18" upper and a swfa 1-6 (whenever they get around to shipping it to me). What is the best one piece QD mount to get? Do I need to get the extended or regular?
I have narrowed it down to the three I like the best and additional info would be great.

You must have a extended mount.
You need a height around 1,5" or slightly less.

What other optics are you going to use on that gun?

ADM, I'm not impressed, I would skip it.

Larue, they work fine, you'll get mixed reviews here.

Bobro, top choice of the 3 you mentioned for me, I'd recommend that one fully.

Spuhr you didn't mention, would be a great option, though spendy mount for a roughly $800 optic.
