I am loading the 215s at maximum mag length which happens to be 3.670, that’s .040 off the lands in my current barrel. I am abt to swap to a proof Sendero light and want to have it reamed to match the 215. I have been reading and seems a lot of folks like the A191 reamer for this bullet. I’m sure someone on here knows exactly what I need to use.

I use an A191 reamer and with .020" set back for growth/nose clearance I jump .060".

With the long nose of the heavy hybrids your only real option to set the jump and still mag load is to send in a dummy round and get a reamer ground for your build.

This also gives you the option of co-headspacing but be aware, if you go this route you may not be able to chamber at factory load. That would suck on a hunting trip.

IMO, there is no downside to jumping the 215s. They shoot wonderful with massive jumps. You can go with a standard A191 chamber, or something like a PTG win match.

Been looking around a little and you might want to do a little research about this reamer. LRH setup for 215 Hybrids. Not sure if the OAL will work for you as this is set up for a Wyatt extended box.

The smith who designed it suggests you use JGS over ptg for this reamer. Runs the 215 over 2900 in 26 and some have seen 3100fps with N570 in 28"+ using the 215 at 3.715 coal. You'd want the cip length boxes but the 3.715's from mdt would only crowd the powder charge a little. Might cost 40-50fps but the jump would not let you chase the lands over time. There is a story about it on longerangeonly.com. I haven't run a 300 in a long time so I cannot give any thing other than these guys shoot the hell out of it on elk with exceptional results.
