I somehow doubt that Leupold's Mk4 16x40MM M1 actually has 140 MOA (and 45 moa windage) of adjustment, and the dimensionally the identical Mk4 10x40MM M1 has only 90 (60 MOA windage).
Some of Leupold's numbers on their own websight are fubar, and I suspect the 140 MOA claimed may be another one. For example the according to the new Mk 8 spec's it listed as 100 MOA elevation but 150 MOA windage. Never seen a scope with more windage adjustment than elevation, but there it is.
