Has anyone here had any experience with this V-Block? How does the accuracy of this V-block bedding compare to that of something like Devcon Titanium bedding or some of the other leading epoxy bedding jobs?

I've not had experience with this product in particular, but proper bedding is ALWAYS more stress-free than a machined bedding surface. No machined surface is ever perfect, so you always have an improper fit without an epoxy bedding layer.
