Who can cut M-lok slots in a carbon handguard?

I have several Coda Evolution Lighting handguards that I like but they need several more M-lok slots cut on the top for attaching Clip on night vision.
They only have two slots on the top and I would need 3 more.
Could you recommend someone willing to do this?

Dremel/router/files, problem solved

Try it on some sections of 2" Dowel before attempting the real thing.

I need the same thing done to an MRAD I just picked up. It is a Gen 1 with no cuts @ 3 and 9 other than threads for screwing on rails. Need a smith or machine shop to cut M-Lok slots on it.
