Gunsmithing who makes good wood stocks?

any one know a good wood stock maker?
I have a guy who wants four rifles built, one for him, one for each of his sons.
he wants quailty wood thumb hole style stocks that will be refinished to show quailty. he said he wants them to be handed down like heirlooms, so they need to be super nice but not SUPER expensive.
we have a couple of guys in mind but would like some suggestions. thanks

He is a multi time Camp Perry champion, makes stocks for a VERY well known stock company and can make just about anything you can dream up. I had him make a hybred stock for tactical competition that has works great!

Carl's gunsmithing and bedding work is world class, he is fast and reasonably priced.
