I'm having a hard time finding who makes these. Calls to Federal and Winchester were met with "we don't give out that information".

I used to find them by the bucket load after law enforcement agencies had their practice at our range. I guess my suggestion is find out if there is a local range where you can scrounge them. Dumpster diving, a great pass time. I also found a 5 gallon bucket of mixed 45acp, 9mm, and 45 S&W brass. After sorting it and keeping all the 45ACP, I sold off the rest for a penny or two a case.

I don't know, but I sure wish they'd make them in a subdued color. Who the hell thought RED was a tactical color?

I get them from the range trash barrels at no cost. Then I sell them on feebay for big bucks.
I've gotten quotes for injection moulding before and just the die/mould will run $5K-$15K.
One outfit in Albuquerque is Thomas and Betts Elastimold. There is another but I don't remember.
Moldworx in Phoenix could help you.
