Who makes upper receivers with no forward assist?

Need the ejection port cover, but don't want the FA - who makes that these days? Would be nice if it would fit and look normal on a regular lower, not a bulked up billet build.

My DMPS has no FA or cover. I have never seen one set up like the 1st post wants.

Dpms makes one that comes on their sportical. I had one, hated it, looked hideous.

have used Vltor and Mega---like the Mega best 'cause of the lack
of the ejection bump making it a true slickside but both are nice
uppers---I know the retros are in huge popularity now so I am sure
there are other quality ones besides these 2 and the Baer

note that certain rails/handguards do not fit my Mega w/o modificatio mods

My Armalite SASS has the port cover and no FA. I think it is one of the older ones, as the new ones have FA.

Les Baer for the win. Thanks, guys, just what I was looking for. Port cover to keep the dust out, and no silly FA. Never used one in my life..

DPMS and VLTOR are a sure thing. I think MEGA MACHINES might have some as well. I really like their side charging uppers.

Yup, Vltor MUR and Mega slickside ftw, theres also the Heavy Duty upper from mega, unless thats the same thing as the slickside

As others have said, Rainier Arms would be the place to check. Awesome shop
