Negligence in a lot of places... damn and in this day and age.

Preventable tragedy for sure. Basic common sense should have stopped it from happening.

Whatever report came out, that jackoff should not be wearing a badge, he should be wearing prison stripes.
If you google his name and watch the videos of his stops with his K9 it shows him to have some kind of authority problem. Not someone I would put a lot of trust in.
I watched the un-edited tapes to come up with this conclusion. The edited tapes really show him bad but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Well, I gave him that and I really feel he, Officer Coel, is really badge HEAVY and puts ALL LEOs in a bad light.
We have a lot of really good officers out there but he is not helping them.
