Who sells a cold weather vest ??

Guys I don't know where to start looking; Who makes a warm vest for 20deg.40deg. cold weather that's water resistant. I'd like to use it for everyday use around the house, but wanted lots of extra pockets for range use mags, gloves, glasses, whatever else. Not wanting it to be bulky so I could layer up if need to

Not very tactical, but what about a Wool vest? And you could wear a regular, tactical vest over it for your gear.

If you can find a Weatherby wool vest. They are the best. I use one for the last 10 years. I think they quit making them but if you call them. They might a few left or know someone who has them. Great vest.
