Gunsmithing Who to Cera-Coat duty rifle?

I appologise in advance because I know this has been asked a bunch of times. Either the search function is lousey, or I suck at using it. Either way, I am not able to find what I am looking for.

I have a Remington Mil-Spec 5R w/ Badger base and rings that I would like to have Cera-Coated OD and a Leupold MK 4 that I would like Cera-Coated in tan.

Are there any suggestions on who to go through that are not outragiously expensive and have a decent turn around time?

I would do it all except the scope for
