Gunsmithing Who to go to?

I have a Marvel Precision (Unit 1) 1911 conversion for my Springfield Armory TRP that I want to have a frame built for.

Can some one recommend a gunsmith? Looking for decent quality.

Springfield Armory wanted $1200 for a TRP frame.
