Went to the AUSA show this week and wow incredible . The exhibitors are companies that do business withe th US ARMY . Saw everything frolm small arms to aircraft , very impressive .
Funny thing though , all through out my traversing the exhibits I kept thinking ; Sihr needs that , I'll bet that's on Sihr"s wish list and while talking history with the Army's history people I thought man Sihr would love this guy .
Anyone else ever attend one of these shows ?

Never heard of it til youo mentioned it. Fuck, Im only an hour and a half away. Next year.

As to Sirh, Ive been to his 'museum' and "He's probably already got it."

I have attended the AUSA, pretty cool. Got to play with an AI and a TRG42. Ended up getting a TRG 22 later that year. They had a demo Javelin and several small arms.
Climbed on top of an M1A, no issues leaving a dent...

Hey Maggs , sorry to be the bearer of bad news . One needs to be employed by an exhibitor , Active military , or family of active Army as I understand it in order to attend .

    You can join AUSA, too.

Ain't expensive. $20 a year, I think. And the dues go to a good cause. Or join the military-industrial complex. Not hard either. Design something that blows up!

    Cheers,

    Sirhr

Ill avoid making it look like a clock and definately wont take it to grade school with me.

Guilty as charged your honor... :p

DSEI, SAS (Sea, Air and Space), and SOFIC are worthy shows to attend as well (just did DSEI a few weeks ago actually).
