So, who's on HST?
No it's not a new drug or supplemet. It's a program. Hypertrophy Specific Training.

Once you understand the basic of this program, well, it change some things.
I'm half way trough my last cycle at 5 reps. I did 2 weeks of 15 reps, 2 weeks of 10 reps. Took a week off as I started to feel pain in my left shoulder and now I'm at day 4 of my 5 reps cycle.
I think I gained 3lbs since I started. I'll have to see after if I maintain it.
I also noticed that I'm stronger both in my pullups and my benchpress.
My exercises are:
- Squats
- Chin ups with weights
- Rows
- Bench press
I try to fit in some extra shoulder, abs and biceps when I have some time or energy left. At some phases, I feel my nervous systeme can't keep up with the musles.
Anyone tried it? What where your results?
