Rifle Scopes who's using the SS 10 x HD?

Thought I read they are an over run of a contract. Who's the contract for?

After doing a google search I can't find anything about a contract but I do remember hearing something about this. I'm going to guess it's a LEO dept contract, not .mil

Maybe they made more than SWFA's original purchase contract.......
