My inbox literally filled up with PM notifications from weeks ago. Anybody else have this happen?
Why am I getting emails for PMs (weeks ago)

NSA servers are back online after an outage. They apologize for any inconvenience.
In layman's terms, sometimes e-mail can't be delivered immediately for various reasons. The default timer on most systems will retry 5, then 15, 30, 60, 120, 240 minutes up to every day for about a week. Who knows where the fault was though.
