I'm wondering if my viper will reach out to 1000 yards without hold over? The scope has 65 moa so 32.5 of elevation and I'll be using a 20 moa base so that's 52.5? Also will I be able to zero this thing in at 100 yards do you think or with the 20 moa base it won't be able to?

You have over 20 MOA under your mechanical zero, so you shouldn't run out of elevation because of your base. As for whether you can get to 1K with your rifle, check JBM and see how much drop you will have...

What round? Rifle? Velocity? Etc. That scope with a 20moa base would have enough elevation to get most modern cartridges out to a grand. I just ran the JBM and you would even have enough to dial for most all .223 / 5.56 rounds out to 1k if your heart desired to try this.

Look in the scope section for the formula that tells you which rings will fit best... that or some grumpy ol'timer is gona get pist on for not using the "search function."
And as stated above, you should have plenty elevation to get to a grand with that setup.

Here ya go, a piece from a report in the optics section, from a scope report we did.
Dustin was able to make first shot hits at times on 12”x12” steel plates all the way out to 1165 fairly easy, this was very impressive for the 308, some of his farthest shots were out to 1200 yards. Dustin ended up working the 4-16x50 PST ffp scope very well, the scope got a workout being cranked up and down to many different verticals with around 200 rounds fired at a wide spread of mixed up distances, We were very happy with the performance of the scope and it was a perfect match for the Remington 308 SPS AAC rifle with a 20 moa base
