Will pulling a bullet with an impact puller mess with the neck tension?

Started loading some prepped brass today and noticed the meter on the powder charge machine was wandering. Recalibrated and it was off; had about 15 rounds with bullets seated before I caught this.

I can pull them easily with the RCBS impact puller, but was curious if since a bullet has been seated, will this now mess with the neck tension/neck diameter and that when I put the bullet back in (over the correct charge) that tension will be slightly different from the rest of the batch that didn't get pulled?

The bullets seat a lot easier if you don't resize the case. I pulled a few a while back from some that were too hot for load development.

I've been down this road before. If you're at all serious about using these for DOPE or serious testing, resize the necks or the ones you pulled as you will have light neck tension.
