Wilson Neck Die question

I am starting to load for my new .338 LM and decided on Wilson Dies with an arbor press. My question is I insert the neck bushing into the die body, the diameter fit good, and I tighten the cap, the bushing floats up and down in the die when a shake it. I can hear the bushing slide? Is this normal, I will call wilson also tommorrow.

I use a Wilson neck die for my 260, there is no floating of the bushing, the cap locks it in place, runout is excellent.
