I wrapped mine in a oily rag inside a zip lock, corrosion has not been problem, and I hardly use it anymore since getting my Giraud, another trick is to apply a couple layers of car wax to the bare metal of the Wilson trimmer and holders
I keep mine in a plastic box, kinda like a fly fishing box. A friend on another forum gave it to me. 427Cobra is right, a coat of wax or polish helps. Lightman
I store mine in the desert. Lightly oil them maybe once a year. No rust, even when it rains for a week. Maybe it takes some time for the humidity to soak in???
