Yes. Just prep the necks so they are round (run them up into the expander ball) and champher the inside. You're GTG.

I have gotten some really good groups and thus far Winchester has been the only brass I have used. I do clean up the flash holes with a flash hole reamer as Winchester uses a punch operation to make the flash hole as opposed to drilling it out like Lapua. Every few cases you feel the resistance when the reamer first goes in and cuts a chip or two out that is left from the punch operation. I also uniform the primer pocket then run the brass in my FL resizing die just for insurance prior to the first loading. YMMV
