My team of 13 snipers were recently shooting at a range that is also open to civilians. A really nice older guy was in a lane next to us and I started to shoot the shit with him and learned that he does his own reloading.
Well, I told the other guys and we pooled the brass and each gave him 60 rounds. The cheap brass coming from Federal Gold Medal Match up to Black Hills. At the tail end of practice, I threw him the last box and a half I had of Black Hills 168 grain AMAX.
Guy left with 780 rounds of once fired premium brass, 30 rounds of BHA AMAX, and a smile ear to ear.
