i know wolf ammo is horrible and all but is the brass any good? just planning on using the ammo for barrel break in and maybe some plinking and hopefully if the brass is decent ill use it to reload.

What I learned is that Wolf is just a marketing and distribution company, and a rather big one at that.
For the Gold line, you're looking at Prvi Partisan, Serbian brass-cased ammunition that takes boxer primers. If you can find the 120gr MPT, it's a great load for the price, and shoots 1 MOA in most people's guns.
Before the craziness, it was $12.95/box at AimSurplus. You can get about 3 loads out of the brass before the primer pockets loosen up, but it uses large rifle primers, whereas the Grendel is a small rifle primer case.

brass is soft, limiting # of reloads but 120 is a decent practice round like LRRP said (Hornady, Lapua, and Alex. Arms is good)
