Rifle Scopes Wonders WO TAC Warranty?

I have a Gen 2 that the fact focus is loose and the reticle moves around.
Anyone else have issues?
Did they cover?
It's only been on my Mach 2 for less than a 100rds.
Otherwise I really like the scope but squirrel season will have to
see another combo til this is fixed.
The Finn was really pumped too.

Was advised to go test and if POI is shifting to send it in.
Even if POI is not shifting the image movement is bothering.
Not even my Simmons does it.
Nor SS B&L or Sightron
The ocular should at lest be snug correct?
Or am I nit picking??

Send the fucker back, if you arent happy you arent happy with it and tell them to try again.

Nit picking? A reticle that moves around is so much NOT nit picking.
I'd get you money back if possible, and explore more beaten path ways.

Send it back Matt stands behind his products 100%He will send you a gen.4 to replace it.The gen 4 is much improved over the gen2 you wont have any rectile shift problem or focus problems.
As far as are you being nit picky no you are not.

Mines goin back - check shot of my BR rests and POI moves.
It would be like you focused your MK4 reticle but left the lock ring loose
and the threads on the eye bell were sloppy - I will keep yall posted on the
outcome

Because some others have posted the same "issues" multiple places all over the web, I can pretty confidently state that yours is only the fourth known/confirmed firsthand report of a problem with a WOTac scope I've seen.

Based on the target market, I'm also pretty confident that we're getting 100% reporting on issues like this. There are a few of those scopes out now, so the return rate is pretty low. Standing behind the product remains 100%.

Well tracking shows they have it so we will see hopefully soon what happens.
I really like the reticle and hope this works out.
So far they have been nice to deal with although I wish I was reading someone
elses post about this

No doubt. There's almost nothing sadder than an empty set of rings on top of a rifle.

Well they are checkin her out today and said they'll get back to me in a couple hours.
I hope they send me a new one as it's hard to trust something that needed a fix.

Well they are looking for a new Gen4 for me - he said they had a couple with this issue.
So far so good.

E-mailed back and asked which model I wanted - told them which ever they could get.
Hope the Gen 4 works out I really love the reticle for my rimfire.
It works out perfect for my M2 rat sniper.

Now the rats better watch out.

Just popped open my new black box - Clicks are much better - almost seems like better glass and mainly the diopter focus seems plenty snug.
Now down to the dungeon to mount her up.
I have to say I was handled very nicely - 2 thumbs up!
