Working up a load for money

This might seem crazy but does anyone know someone that will work up a load for money? Factory ammo for my custom build shoots 1/4 minute at 100 meters but when I jump to 200 meters my best group was 1 minute. I don't think it's me because with one of my other rifles I can shoot .5 minute all day long at 200 meters.

I just don't have the time anymore to get the load dialed in for this rifle.

rifle specs:
Remington 4ox actoion which has been trued and blueprinted
24" kreiger barrel, 8.5 twist, chambered by Krieger, and has 99 rounds through it
Jewell trigger
AICS 2.0 chassis
Built by short action customes

There is also Chad from Dallas reloads or custom reloads of Dallas. I have a customer that used him and didn't have anything bad to say. Ammo shot great also.
