Does anyone know the differences between the Wotac 4-14x50 gen4 and new gen5 riflescopes??

You should call Matt Wonders directly. The guys over at Snipers Central appear to be better aquainted with him and speak highly of him. You could also search that site and see what you turn up, but calling would be my first recommendation.
