Quick question need answer asap. Searched and couldn't find exactly what I want. I am looking at a stock to buy and it already has a Badger Ordnance M5 inlet in it. Would I be able to put a CDI DBM in it or would I have to stay with the M5 from Badger Ordnance.

Re: Would a CDI DBM fit a BO M5 Inlet

i asked jeff about CDI for my savage. he told me that his BDM was made to drop into the factory inlet and that i may have to remove material inside the stock, but that the DBM was made to fit the factory stock. so i cant give you the perfect answer, but if the badger inlet is different than your makers inlet for the stock DBM, you may have to tape the edges with a few layers of tape and fill the gap with bedding compound. but i cant swear that will work. its just how i would approach it.
