Rifle Scopes Would these work?

I want some lower rings for my AR.

Would these have enough clearance for a flat top AR and a 40mm bell scope?

I will also have a yhm free float quad rail on the rifle.

The scope is a mueller APT.

Oops...missed the scope specified in your post.

The Mueller APT has an bell OD of 52mm...so:

[52mm + 3mm (extra clearance for scope covers) - 30mm (tube diameter)]/2 = 12.5mm or 0.492"

You need a minimum ring height (base to bottom of scope tube) of 0.492" to clear the receiver rail.
