WTB WTB: 16-18" barreled action, open to caliber

Hello all,

Yes, weird request, but I simply want a barreled action with a short 16 to 18" barrel. Prefer the barrel to be light weight and would love Carbon fiber. MUST be threaded! Do NOT have an action preference. Just has to be Rem700 or a clone and fairly priced. I could make one but I figure someone must have something out there!

VERY open to calibers, some that come to mind:

6 Creedmoor
6.5 Creedmoor
308
5.56/223
300 Blackout
22 Nosler
224 Valkyrie

Honestly, anything that is Rem700 short action based, as I've already got a chassis system waiting.

KP 20" threaded barrel with seamless cathedral brake. Fluted and cerakoted
Paradigm a5a carbon stock with DBM and custom cerakote

Total weight is about 10lbs with a ZCO 5 -27 on top

Comes with 20 pieces of SS brass and 7ss dies

Round count on rifle is about 120.

Thanks guys! Great looking stuff. Still giving priority to 16-18”, but I am certainly reviewing all options! Not going to rush into anything over 18” unless the price screams to me.

Gonna be tough to find a BA that short I would think. 20" is considered short for precision rifles so, that one could be tough. I have one that I would sell and it's a beauty too but 20"

Plenty of 16-18” builds. I myself have sold 6-7 shorty BA’s on the hide alone. My current setup is 18” as well.

Honestly I can just have a barrel spun up and be done with it. I just figured I have some extra funds so why not see what’s available.
