Literally grab free 308 range brass and run it through your sizing die.

Just an FYI, if you try forming 7-08 brass from 308 brass form one, stick a bullet in the mouth and see if it will chamber in your weapon. Some 308 case necks are thicker and may not chamber in your weapon.
