Last I checked Cheycast bullets still had some coated 9mm bullets
But I would try the following places:
SNS Casting
MIssouri Bullet Co
Bullets by Scarlett
Brazos Precision
They all sell hard cast COATED lead bullets. Most of the places use Hi-Tek coating or some polymer variation of it. They're good to go, I use them in my .38 and 9mm loads.
