Not a 204 but thought I'd throw it out there. I have a Shilen Select Match chambered in 20 tactical by Dedicated Technology in MN. 22", fluted, medium heavy profile, with engraved gas block and tube. I would have to check twist, but i remember i wanted it for 40 gr bergers. Zero rounds, installed on upper only, slight small smudge in bead blast where gas block rubbed during install. Lost interest in precision ar before I bought dies and scope for this build. Had it for about 5 years. Would want $525 for barrel, and gas block/tube.
