WTB chest rig for AR magazines and pistol double stack mags

[W54/XM-388]

I need to get a cheap chest rig as a present for a friend.
Something that would hold probably 4 to 6 of the standard 30 or so round AR15 magazine
Possibly also several double stack pistol mags.

I'm looking to see if somebody has something cheap laying around they are not using.
