I looked for a used one for a while but couldn't find one so I broke down and bought new.

Ordered mine through brownells with coupon code came out to 503 bucks and paid 20 for 2 day shipping. The lab radar base they sell for 40 bucks sucks I ordered one from these guys with heavy duty ball mount works great. https://arkcomachine.com/ it was 112 shipped and shipping was fast.
