Firearms WTB Rem 700 SA 300/7/270 WSM

Looking to do a hunting budget build. Looking for a factory rem700 in 300wsm or 270wsm.
Basically anything with a Magnum bolt face as I want to put a 7 Saum Barrel on in.
Can be a full factory rifle, barreled action, or action only.
It has to be a SA, as I will be putting this in a black collar arms chassis and they only accept SA R700.
Would consider not factory if the price is right.
Wanting a barrel under 22 inches.
