WTB: Taper Adapter for a Q Fix

I need one or maybe two of the taper adapter that Q made for the fix rifle. I run a standard screw on 5/8-24. Any help?

Seems like they are out of stock on the website...typical....so trying to source a couple elsewhere. Any help I’d appreciate it.
