SEEKINS IRMT-3 UPPER

Wanting to buy a Seekins IRMT-3 upper, I've already got a SP3Rv3 hand guard so this is really the only option I would want. Cheapest I've seen is $175 from locked and load but thought I would check here first.

I would also be interested in a Seekins Precision Gas block if you're parting out an upper.
