i cant say for sure if its real or not but im leaning towards it being real. because... she appears to be a bizzare woman and the random pictures of her topless with her baby and nude doing yoga help the theory. and the way she twists her own arm when the baby spins too fast in order to keep the babys arm from breaking/dislocating seems like some thing an individual faking the act wouldnt think to do.
either way i laughed with disbelief

Have to say it is fake. Just look at the babies head. A child of that age can't hold up their head let alone control it while some idiot swings them around. There necks are like a limp noodle.
