Just wondering out loud what would happen if the President ordered ICE to ignore the injunction.
Who will enforce the judge's writ? I mean, seriously. If you're a cop and your commander/chief/sheriff/head of agency says: do not serve that warrant; what do you do?

This is the era of the activist judge.
The democrats know that they can't Amend the Constitution. The country is massively red except a few coastal areas... and will stay that way.
So their way of amending the Constitution is through the bench. Appoint activist judges (BTW, Bushes did the same...) and then the Constitution will get re-interpreted, without being re-written aka Amended.
These judges are trying to remove executive powers and create a globalist paradise... not follow the Constitution. Which, after all, is an irrelevant document written by old, slave-owning white people.
BTW, start in schools by teaching kids that the Constitution is irrelevant and needs to be amended by judges, no by the process outlined... in the Constitution... and in a generation, you have voters screaming for activist judges.

We need to take back school boards, colleges, universities, dogcatcher positions... and make being a Communist un-cool again. It's not hard to do. But a vast majority of those 'in power' like being in power. They have forgotten that they have no power. That they merely represent.

That judge has no power to affect a Presidential Exec order period. The Dems are trying to de-legitimize Govt. They are doing it to voting and also by using judges like this. Then as soon as they are in power of course they will say Their Govt will be different.
They are goading Trump into defying the courts so they have grounds for impeachment. SCOTUS needs to start responding more quickly to these phony court rulings. Or Trump needs to stop effing around and drop the hammer. FISA declass should change the equation a bit.

Trump needs to do this right now. Declare a security threat and ignore the judges. The judiciary is not a coequal branch like they think they are.
That's an admirable position. I completely disagree. Maybe back in the 1970s you could have done something to arrest or reverse the slide, but we're WAY too far gone at this point. You just saw in the Acosta Press Pass thread how the Fifth Amendment had been twisted by an activist judge to apply not to the government using force on the governed in contravention of their rights, but to a privilege for a select few that the rest of us do not and will never enjoy.
Fucktards think they're clever when they torture language to get the result they want, and it only gets worse because once these idiots rule their ruling now stands forever as precedent. The left's insistence on using precedent over the written law is why this is a death spiral from which we cannot pull ourselves out. It only goes one direction. The Constitution will NEVER be restored because our legal system is designed (or has been perverted) to kill it.
So, you're wrong. It's a nice thought, but AJ will come to be looked at like a prophet. It may not happen in our lifetimes, but it will happen. It WILL come to killing, and destruction, and suffering. The rule of law is like Christianity. It is a philosophy and an institution that prevents communism from taking over, which is why destroying such institutions is the left's highest priority. For them the Constitution is either an impediment or a tool, but our notions of preserving and protecting it (keeping limited government) is the diametric opposite from what they want, so ultimately compromise will only go one direction and everything will keep getting worse and worse till its a fight.

Part of the entire problem is also the fact of how bad congress has become. They're the only ones that create laws. President can't. Courts can't. Period. So in this age of political inaction and "executive orders" we end up with this shit. Unfortunately the only solution in the short term is appealing to the supreme court. Which is all the more reason Trump's picks where even more important.
You'll remember when Obama decided he was going to change immigration law by executive decree because he couldn't change the law....
ALL those evil federal judges in the Communist's pockets were all for it and even trying to tell Trump he had to keep with Obama's policies, not the law....

Letter agencies now make Federal Regulations that carry the weight of law and they have allowed Jurists to change law from the bench rather than sending legislation back to Congress to have the law changed.

The answer is to start impeaching these judges. You get overturned a few times, you come under review and if found to be negligent, impeachment proceedings start.
I get that the reviewers can see shit however they want, but these lifetime appointments with zero accountability need to stop. It's not freeing up judges to make unbiased decisions, it's allowing them to totally disregard the constitution and smugly flaunt it.
