I've got a NXS 2.5-10x32 that's gone tits up and am trying to send it in. I've left three voicemails over the past couple weeks requesting the RMA # which they require for warranty returns. Anyone been dealing with their CS lately? Are they communicating with others or have they gone MIA? I'm starting to get a little annoyed.
 
Email works best, they will get back to you as soon as possible. Seems like they were pretty slammed. I didn’t have much luck calling or leaving a voicemail.

I sent a 7-35 F1 ATACR in to remove from debris in late June and received it back in late July. Took about 4 weeks and my quoted time was 4-6 weeks turn around.
