I’ve decided to sell my grandfather’s rifle. It has been sitting in my safe for way to many years and not getting the use that it should.
It is a 1950 built, model 70, chambered in 270 win. Rifle is in great shape with minor stock issues. There was a rubber slip on butt pad that caused some discoloration in the stock and it looks like someone did some repairs/extension to the length of pull somewhere along the line. Action is Winchester smooth and has the serial number scribed on the bolt body. Not sure When that was done. rifle has a 4x Bushnell Scopechief mounted on it, and leather sling. Asking $650 obo, shipped conus from private party to your FFL.
