This is a F1 SBR, I can transfer as such in Ky or IN. I can also sell it as a braced pistol I have a Gen 1 kak brace I can put in it; and I can remove it from the registry, I’m also open to selling the upper alone.

To clarify I built this from parts, it’s not a factory rifle, and putting together ARs is pretty simple.

What trigger and what would this entail to transfer to indiana

Geissele SD-3G trigger, a trust to individual or another trust transfer would be simple in Indiana. One Form 4 $200 tax, and a 6-8 month NFA wait period. I live in Franklin, I would ask David Hill at Element Armament to help with the paperwork in exchange for a small fee that I will pay him.

If you would like to arrange to meet Element Armament to see the rifle I’m open to that just about anytime in the afternoons.
