I have a 12.5" Adams Arms piston upper, Samson Evolution EX handguard, AR Performance 5.56 CLE 12.5" 3R 8 twist, 4150 Chrome Moly, Melonite, midlength barrel threaded 5/8x24.
Did a carbine class and few range sessions, around 500 rounds fired trouble free suppressed or not.
