I have for sale an AI AE MKIII ss factory barrel in 308 with a 1:12 twist. It shoots great (under 1/2 moa with varget handloads and 175 smk). Muzzle end is profiled for an AI time-able muzzle brake with m18x1.5 threads (also for sale) Un known round count as it was a police trade in. I put 200 through it and am selling only because i want a short 1:10 barrel.
Disclaimer: there are shallow gouges on the barrel shank from removal. My barrel vice just wasnt fuckin having it so i hd to use “alternative methods” Chuck this baby up in a lathe and sandpaper will probably cure that or some whisper passes for sure. Might be a good doner for an integrally suppressed barrel.
To reiterate: accurate but ugly
