You're missing the part where there are rules and you just got told the rules and what you need to do. Don't worry about anyone else and who got what warnings. Sign up or delete your post or leave if you don't like the rules. Very easy.
Not sure what you don't understand. Rules change. Gas goes up, do you say you don't understand when they tell you it's $4.00 gallon now. No you pay it.
