This scope is 100% functional. Tracks great, turrets and glass are good to go.
But it's been used. Slight ring marks, and some stubborn tiny dirt spots in the knurling on the turret knobs that I cannot get out. Pictured below.
I give it a 9/10 on condition, and it's purely cosmetic.
