Seekins $110 shipped. Seekins SOLD
Badger $110 shipped.
Prices are FIRM.
Seekins are used but like new. Ring orientation has not changed since I took them out of the box.
Badger rings are the army M2010 rings. I bought them used on the hide BUT they are a little tall for me. They were duracoated OD green by the previous owner. I removed all the duracoat from the inside of the rings back to the factory finish. I didn't remove all the duracoat from the outside of the rings and spray painted the outside of the rings flat black. I did not spray the inside of the rings and covered them with painters tape when they were spray painted.
I noticed when I removed the duracoat from the rings that some of the finish was warn off the outside from use, not from when I removed the duracoat. One of the ring clamps did not fit as well as the other. When torqued down, the ring clamps were solid, but I did file some metal off the "bad" clamp to help it fit into the ring body better.
Note: The Badger rings are NOT a serialized pair.
I contacted Badger Ordnance about his rings and he said that there should not be more than .0005" variance between the rings and he serializes them so people feel better about the rings. He also said he would send me a new set of ring clamps, but I haven't gotten them yet.
NEW BADGER CLAMPS RECEIVED 9/14
