Accessories WTS Black Hills 7.62 NATO 185 Grain ER "Extended Range" 140 rounds

I don't know a whole lot about this ammo. I was told the 185's are the 7.62 version of the 87 grain ER 5.56 that black hills loaded. Which would make it powdered tungsten or similar. I've never shot it into a gel block to confirm, nor have I shot it for accuracy. If anyone has any more information on it, cool. I couldn't find anything online. $150 plus shipping gets it. It's all the same lot.
