Select the 3 ellipses just above the OP to the far right and select 'Edit Thread'. From there, you can edit the thread title and the prefix (e.g. SOLD). However, I do not believe the option is enabled on all the PX forums as I have only been able to do it within Firearms-Buy-Sell-Trade.
